"State Farm reached out to me about a month ago. The representative was Iban. I told him that I would have to get back to him. He never pursued or harassed me every day, but instead listened to me and waited for my call back. This impressed me a lot. When I made contact, he made me feel welcome and like part of the state farm family. He took his time to answer all my questions and even gave me many suggestions for me to have choices in my coverage. I would and will highly recommend this agent to everyone I know that is looking for insurance. I am completely 100% satisfied."
